When my cousin from India sends me this video, I was really speechless. It’s a beautiful art inspired by one of the most devastating floods Kerala has ever endured. It depicts the pain and loss each of the citizens experienced during the time. The sand art showcases small tales of hope and humanity that have emerged.
Holding on to hope

I began to write back in 2016, starting out with lots of poetry to wrestle with thoughts and emotions. It's amazing to see how far I have come. A little about me is that I love hiking, dancing, working out, traveling, baking and learning new things. I am always on the lookout for new recipes to experiment with. So if anyone has any, feel free to hit me up. Other than that, I'm just a girl who's trying to live this life and get everything out of it while I can :) View all posts by Rosy Mathew
